Molecular crosslinking and curing technology was introduced. Compared with conventional vulcanization processes, it forms a denser 3D network structure of rubber molecular chains to extend flooring service life. Automatic batching and precise calendering were also realized.

Smart manufacturing expansion to strengthen global delivery capacity. We added a fully automatic 2m-wide rubber flooring production line and two sets of 1000mm×1000mm flat vulcanizing machines, expanding our product specification range and strongly supporting the delivery of large domestic and overseas engineering projects.
